Reservations for events until July 14 are not required, and for events after that, we will soon publish a link for online reservations.

The price is 15 Eur per person, children up to 14 years old 10 Eur, children up to 6 years old are free of charge. Payment is possible at the Observatory immediately before the start of the program (cash and/or card).

JULY 2024

Astro Night programs in English are held every Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Astro Night programs in the Croatian language are held every Thursday and Saturday from 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

AUGUST 2024 (from August 13 to 31, 2024)

Astro Night programs in English are held every Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Astro Night programs in the Croatian language are held every Thursday and Saturday from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The program consists of lectures on some of the topics from astronomy and the area of operation of the observatory, a tour of the observatory and the dome where the main telescope used to track asteroids is located, and if the weather permits, visible celestial bodies can be observed with an amateur telescope on the meadow in front of the observatory. We conclude the evening with a laser guided tour through the constellations of the summer sky.

The main telescope in the dome of the observatory is used for research purposes and there are no observations through it.

By purchasing a ticket for the Astro night program, you are helping to achieve the goals of our organization, which is dedicated to scientific research in the field of monitoring potentially dangerous bodies of the Solar System and the education of children and young people in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
